Another monochromatic getup to work. Actually I began with the camisole which is so big it’s safety pinned to death. Sometimes I buy the wrong sizes so you can actually see extra larges, larges, mediums, smalls and extra-smalls in my wardrobe when I’m really an XXS. Actually, make that an XXXS. Tucked it into my Sara Sturgeon skirt because I thought I’d wear it another time before sending it to the dry cleaner’s. And then The Mother told me, “Hey wear my vest”. And voila.

Today, however, I tied the skirt at the side rather than in the middle.

Clearly I am in need of more black shoes. Actually, I might have seven pairs. Just that this one’s perfect for sprinting for the bus in.

I thought it might be warm today. Because the hot weather seems to have returned. And so I threw on my $2 dress with vibrant prints that I got from Patong Beach. The color ran after washing, sadly. Unable to accept that my dress was ruined, I washed it a few more times, so the color running would look like part of the pattern. Or so I hope.

You know how old men like to wear layers and layers of clothes, like vests under their jackets? That’s a look I’ve always dug. I wore my halter pinstripped vest. It started to drizzle. And so I threw on my denim jacket. Lazy to change my bag, I decided on black accessories.

Afterwhich I left for school– my last day as a third-year student. Wheewy.
